Endometriosis

Exercising especially weight training helped me alot.  Feeling nauseas, diarrhoea especially during my teen years. Right now, I tend to add more recovery instead of pushing through gym training.

What's in store? 30mins PT package

Occasionally someone asks if I conduct a 30mins Personal Training session.
Well, it depends.I need to travel to your location and I want to make my time worth. Here are some suggestions:
  1. You come to my location and its outdoors. I am going to say places like Yishun, Sembawang or Yio Chu Kang.
  2. I can come to your location if you have a friend who will train immediately after your session.
  3. Pair training. Share the cost.
The cost: $55 per person for a 30min workout or $100 for 1hour pair training.
