Exercises for the mid-life



I have selected the home exercises that helps to maintain and improve :
  • cardiovascular 
  • bone density
  • muscle tone 
  • core and balance 
  • funtional posture 
  • flexibility The exercises in the videos are complex and multi-joint movements. More working muscle group = more metabolicllay active muscle = time saving.
Light dumbells are used for high reps and they are great if you have just started your physical fitness journey.
